Terms of Use
The rules and conditions governing use of our website and services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Mid-County Collision website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Site. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website.
Mid-County Collision reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Use of the Site
You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Site
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Site without our express written permission
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to collect content or data from the Site
3. Informational Purpose Only
The content on this Site — including service descriptions, pricing references, repair timelines, and insurance information — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute a binding estimate, contract, or guarantee of any specific outcome.
Actual repair costs, timelines, and results will vary depending on the specific condition of your vehicle, parts availability, and other factors. A formal written estimate will be provided prior to the commencement of any repair work.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the overall design — is the property of Mid-County Collision or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may view, print, and download pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without our prior written consent.
5. Contact Form & Estimate Requests
Submitting a contact form or estimate request through this Site does not create a binding contract or guarantee service availability. All estimate requests are subject to review and confirmation by our team. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to all inquiries within one business day during normal business hours.
Submission of a form constitutes your consent for Mid-County Collision to contact you regarding your inquiry by phone, email, or text message.
6. Third-Party Links
This Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as insurance carriers or review platforms). These links are provided for your convenience only. Mid-County Collision has no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Accessing any linked third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Mid-County Collision does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mid-County Collision and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site or its content — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nassau County, New York.
10. Repair Services — Separate Agreement
These Terms govern your use of this website only. The provision of actual auto body and collision repair services by Mid-County Collision is governed by a separate repair authorization and service agreement, which will be provided to you at the time of vehicle intake. Nothing in these Terms creates any obligation on Mid-County Collision to perform repair services.
